On January 23, 2012, our company’s founder and former managing partner, Mr. Georg Hoffmann, passed away at the age of 73 years. We will continue his life’s work and bear him in honourable remembrance.

 
In autumn 2011, at our 40th company anniversary, Georg Hoffmann retired as a shareholder. His share passed over to his three sons, Oliver, Tobias and Florian, who now hold 33.33 % each of the business in the second generation.

 
Furthermore, the partners appointed Mr. Michael Behrens, born April 14, 1959, as managing director on January 1, 2012. Michael Behrens is authorised to solely represent the company and joins the management which until now had been exercised by Mr. Tobias Hoffmann only. Michael Behrens has been working in the company for almost 30 years, 25 of them as authorised signatory and sales manager. The sales department remains in Michael Behrens’ field of responsibility.
